3rd Annual Poker Run

The Sheriff's Office is hosting the 3rd annual Poker Run for Special Olympics on Saturday, August 15th. Registration will be held at 8 AM and the ride will begin promptly at 10 AM. The cost is $15 for singles and $20 for couples. All proceeds will benefit local Special Olympic programs.

Smokin' Harley-Davidson is sponsoring the event. The ride will begin at Smokin' in Winston-Salem, circle Forsyth County, and end back at the dealership. Begining at 1 PM, live music will be provided by Southern Justice Band.

Hotdogs and hamburgers will be available for purchase. Registrants will receive a free t-shirt and there will be a 50/50 raffle and live auction. Door prizes will be drawn and awards will be given to the person with the best and worst poker hands.
